2. LOCAL SHIPPING RATE AND METHOD

* Pos Laju aims to deliver within 1-2 working days for areas covered by Pos Laju centres. For all other areas, delivery may take up to 3-4 working days.

Tracking numbers are emailed once items are picked up by PosLaju.

 

 

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS

 

Here at BBLUVSME.COM, we ship globally except to Israel and Russia.

 

All Singapore orders are shipped using SF Express Courier Service.

 

All Indonesia and Australia orders are shipped using Aramex Express Shipping.

 

All other international orders are shipped using either Malaysian Registered Mail or Parcel Pos Malaysia. Malaysian Registered Mail and Parcel Pos Malaysia are both third party postal services which require a signature upon delivery.

 

All international tracking numbers are emailed once items are despatched.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that BBLUVSME.COM reserves the right to not ship the order should the actual shipping cost exceed the flat rate charged by more than 20%. Customer will have the option to either pay the extra shipping cost or opt for a full refund. Our flat rates are applicable on parcels weighing up to 1.5-2 kg.

 

 

4. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

 

Any customs or import duties or any other associated costs (if applicable) are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We will not be liable for any customs or import duties

 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

 

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

5. TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

 

You can easily track the location and delivery status of your parcel online via our third party postal service providers’ respective websites. You will require the tracking number sent to you in our Dispatch Confirmation email in order to do so.

Kindly note that our third party postal service providers may take up to 24 hours before they update the status of your parcel on their respective websites. We therefore advise that you start tracking your parcel after 1 working day.



RETURNS POLICY

 

Here at BBLUVSME.COM, we care about our customers and if for any reasons, you are not entirely satisfied with our products, we accept returns.

 

 

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

 

Our products can be returned for store credit only equivalent to the price of the item being returned less 5% restocking fee i.e store credit will be equivalent to 95% of price paid. All original shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer bears the cost of shipping any item back to us. BBLUVSME.COM will not entertain any return items purchased from a third party merchant.

 

All store credits will be issued in the form of a unique voucher code with a validity period of 1 year from date of issuance.

 

Kindly note that some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons and this will be indicated in the item description.

 

 

 

2. WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

 

We do not offer an exchange policy. All items must be returned for store credit according to our Returns Policy above.

 

 

3. WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS?


If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may:

    • - return the item(s) within 14 days from date of purchase for all orders within Malaysia and
  • - return the item(s) within 21 days from date of purchase for all international orders.

 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns past the time frame mentioned above.

 

 

4. PROCEDURE TO RETURN AN ITEM

 

1. Enclose the invoice within the parcel to help us process your return speedily.

5. CONDITION OF ALL RETURNED ITEMS


All items should be sent back to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unironed and with all tags attached if any.

 

Care Instructions

 

To preserve the shape and appearance of our garments, we recommend to gently handwash them on reverse in cool water using mild detergent. Kindly refrain from washing dark coloured garments with clothing of lighter colour to prevent any colour transfer.

 

All our garments should be turned inside out before being hand dried. Kindly refrain from drying under direct sunlight to prevent colour or print from fading.

 

We advise to turn our garments inside out before ironing at low to medium heat.

Delicate garments made of chiffon, silk, satin, tulle or other thin or sheer material are to be steam ironed or ironed with a piece of cloth between iron and garment.

 

All graphic prints should be ironed with a piece of cloth between iron and print.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that BBLUVSME.COM will not take responsibility for any shrinkage, colour transfer, colour fading or iron scorch marks if care instructions are not properly adhered to.

 

 

6. I FORGOT MY STORE CREDIT CODE. WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

 

All store credit codes will be sent to your registered email address but if you cannot locate the email, your code is also stored in your bbluvsme account.

 

1. Login to your bbluvsme account with registered email and password.

2. Click on your name on the top right hand corner of the main page and this will redirect you to MY ACCOUNT page.

3. Click on 'Your Vouchers' to view all store credit codes linked to your account.
